Lately, I’ve come to realise that strength is not a function of your physical build but a product of the state of your mind. Some people are physically endowed yet weak in their minds. Others aren’t that endowed yet strong in their minds.
I read this article and found it really interesting. So, I thought to share it with you and hope that you find it very useful.
Legendary investor Warren Buffett, the founder and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, shared his best business advice with a group of small business owners. Speaking at the 20th Graduation of Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses at LaGuardia Community College, Buffett told the graduates: “Tomorrow morning when you look in the mirror after you’ve gotten up, just write — or just put it in lipstick or whatever you want — ‘delight my customer’ not ‘satisfy my customer.’ ‘Delight my customer.’”

I recently came across the photo below where someone was using a pair of trainers to perform ballet in the midst of other ballerinas using ballet pumps. I literally fell in love with this photo and just wondered who this genius could be. What really got me intrigued is the fact that someone dared to be different. This person did not allow what she didn’t have to stop her from becoming what she wants to be or do what she wants to do. Even more importantly, she didn’t allow people’s criticisms to stop her from being who she is.

No, I’m not about to write on words and opposites but something very important about times and seasons. Seasons exist to teach us something. They are there as a reminder that change is ever constant.
